So Duncan I lived in these 3 countries , People don’t understand something Uganda is rich , only that Ugandans are bt default good at complaining, it’s easy to make money in uganda than it is to make money in “Singapore of africa “ , flexible tax system of Uganda enables people to enjoy their ka money, also we are talking about 46 million people (purchasing power ) versus 12-4 million people for the “ Singaore of Africa “ . In villages of uganda , people are rich in fact better than the struggling young. People of kampala , they sell milk , matooke and educate their kids , drive cars etc, but it’s a few in the Singapore of africa People who know they know , don’t confuse clean streets and prosperity.
