@Nestle 2/2 which means it's not safe for my baby to consume. Two packs were already consumed from 1st box. The 2nd box is where the unsealed foil plastic was.. How can I replace the unsealed milk? Or how can I get a refund for the unsealed milk?

@Nestle 1/2 Hi. I bought a 1.4kg box of Nan optipro HW Three (containing 2 boxes with 2 packs of milk in foil plastic each box) at a Mercury drugstore, but 1 of the them was not sealed, the powdered milk was already hard as stone and had a unusual yellowish color
