🌍 World Cancer Day 2025 IPOPI stands in solidarity with millions of patients worldwide fighting cancer and shines a spotlight on a lesser-known but critical connection: the link between Primary Immunodeficiencies (PIDs) and increased cancer risks. 🔬 Individuals with PIDs face unique challenges, including a higher risk of developing certain cancers due to compromised immune systems. Prevention is key. Appropriate screening for specific cancers associated with certain PIDs, along with a multidisciplinary approach, ensures optimal care. 📄 IPOPI Leaflet: 📹 IPOPI Mini-Doc: 💡 Together, we can: ✅ Raise awareness about PIDs and their connection to cancer. ✅ Advocate for equal access to diagnostics and treatments. ✅ Support advancements in research and therapies to combat these challenges. This World Cancer Day, IPOPI calls on policymakers, healthcare providers, and the global community to recognize and act on these priorities to ensure equitable cancer care for all. 📢 Share this message and help raise awareness! #WorldCancerDay #PIDsAndCancer #IPOPI #CancerCareEquity #AdvocacyMatters
