tbh i feel like the conflict within the story is going to be mizuki coming out to ena and ena responding in the wrong way. ena meant no harm yet mizuki took it as bad and tries to avoid ena (thus the flowers in the preview that mean do not touch.)

Rui has moments where he reacts in a "brother-like" way. or at least an older sibling way. I can list a few.
When Tsukasa attacked nene emotionally in the main story, Rui didnt hesitate to stand up for his friend. That's something my older sister would do.
Hi ok so Rui's kizuna rank with Kaito refers to them both as older brothers, as well as their cheerful show title. Pretty sure there is also an instance of Nene saying he can be brotherly at some point but I'm not sure
