@big38gohawkem Immense level of cope on your behalf. Sounds simple, everyone has the gameplan to beat him but they can’t. It’s not just his cardio, it’s his ability to mix everything up with that heavy pressure. The guy is the best at 135 and no one can say otherwise.

Merab has a much lower takedown rate but uses it as a weapon to overload his opponents. Which do you prefer? If it’s Merab then shut up.

@BrendanDorman Umar is definitely more skilled in striking and wrestling. But Merab is quite literally a machine that won’t stop. Umar may have had a broken hand but Merab wasn’t 100% either. Umar won rounds 1&2 but Merab clearly won 3-5. The guy just doesn’t stop. He broke Umar mentally.

@GilbertDurinho R1 1-2 Umar R3 Merab picks up the pace, gets the round R4-5 Merab suffocates Umar with constant pressure shooting takedowns in combinations. Closes the show by clowning on Umar. Probably the most dominant 47-48 I’ve ever seen which is crazy. Merab is a nightmare to deal with.

@danawhite @ESPNPlus If Islam wins he’ll have 4 title defences, with only 2 of those who had a full camp to prepare and arguably lost against 1 of them, who was coming up a weight class. Probably the most padded defence record I can think of.

@HamedBoxing @usykaa @AKrassyuk I had him taking the first 2 rounds. His jab was sharp and had enough pop to keep Usyk honest. He later landed a clean cross which wobbled Usyk. It was close 6 rounds in, after that Usyk kicked it up another gear and never slowed down. Tyson coming in heavier slowed him down.
