shes overweight but if she keeps going she probably will get obese - only eats very unhealthy food and labels it as being picky. basically only eats high caloric low volume foods . doesn't workout. complains about her body without trying to make a difference.

low restriction = MORE CALS 😭 cause youre not restricting a lot like its LOW restrictions so you dont heavily restrict
high restriction = eating LESS cause you are trying HARDER too restrict and restricting MORE

ngl i kind of hate all of these 😭 the dangly thing would annoying me, the thin one looks uncomfortable for my mouth, the red one also looks uncomfortable, and the last one is too big

i totally get where your coming from but sometimes body dysmorphia is really impactful and when they get used to how their bodies look it tricks them into thinking that they are average or even fat sometimes
the best thing you can do for yourself during a long fast is realising that all the food you want will still be there when youre done with your fast and if you eat it in moderation you will be fine
you know a binge is bad when you try to do a food poll right after and the thought of eating anything else makes you feel like your stomach is gonna burst
