Today is my last day at @doodles in my role as Chief Content Officer, which also means I'll be stepping down from my role at @_goldenwolf_, the animation studio I founded more than a decade ago When Golden Wolf was acquired by Doodles in early 2023 I had two key goals: 1. Develop and execute a content strategy that elevated the @doodles brand and brought @burnttoast's vision and stories to the masses 2. Ensure that Golden Wolf could function and flourish without my direct involvement Two years later I can confidently say we've achieved these goals: β’ We've grown the Doodles socials by over a million followers! β’ Our animations have been watched billions of times! β’ We made a freaking 20 minute animated special in collaboration with @pharrell, a slew of stars and premiered it at TIFF!! β’ The Golden Wolf team is cooking with gas, getting better every day and driving the vision for the future! Although stepping away is bittersweet, I couldn't be more proud of what we've achieved and as I set out on my next adventure I remain a Doodles shareholder, a collector, a loyal fan and an admirer Once a wolf, always a wolfπΊ DβΎdles π©·

@john0xlook In the short term thatβs likely what will happen, but the ironic thing is that the less it costs the studios to make them, the less likely people will be to want to pay to watch them Which in turn will increase the need for artists to help make them stand out as a spectacle
