@cardinaloxmo Absolutely unacceptable experience at Hotel Cardinal Express OXMO! They took full payment but refused to let me check in at 2 AM, even after prior notice. Left stranded and helpless. Worst hotel ever. Avoid at all costs! 😡 #TravelHorror #BadService

@Ryanair , I was wrongly charged €75 for a cabin bag that met your size limits. No issues on my previous flight with the same bag. I’ve waited over a month after emailing with no fair response. The staff’s treatment was unacceptable. Please resolve this and refund the fee.
