sepanjang 4 bulan ni aku dah pergi holiday 3x, attended 3 live concerts, went on a fishing trip, hiking with friends, got into a new hobby, also made networks and connections with new people. it seems the psychotherapy sessions are working, my mind feel less fucked up nowadays.
