@tylerbarberis_ I don’t care whether we have an “ace” or not. I just want pitchers who can win us multiple games in a post season series. If we want to compete with teams like the Yankees and Dodgers, that’s what we need. Maybe we have some already. I guess we’ll see.

@notgaetti I like it! Making the most of every at bat. Hitting behind the runner when needed. Doing what it takes to help the team. Unfortunately, I don’t know that any of those things are statistically quantifiable very easily

@kambrice1tv I would love to be proven wrong! I hope each of the guys we have has his best season ever! But given how we finished last year and what other competing teams have done to upgrade, it seems like we needed to take an additional step ourselves, and we just didn’t do that.

@drot_6 Agreed. But those three game series are brutal. If we could avoid one of those, great! If not, we need at least two great starting pitchers
