If you were a creative like me when you were younger, you probably:
- had many different identities
- played video games too much
- had a passion for building things
You were the big one out of all the kids.
Oh wait…
Try new things.
See what you learn.
Don’t be scared that it won’t work out this time.
Test.
Improve.
Evolve.
Every “failure” is a leap towards success
Failure = feedback.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝘁.
I thought.
I will admit
I did not understand the full impact & importance of a proper email list
It was an afterthought
I thought it began and ended with direct outreach
This was my thought process:
“𝙊𝙠𝙖𝙮, 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙄 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝
𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗜𝗖𝗣.
I wrote to a vague customer who I knew nothing about.
I did my research about them on Reddit.
After this, I wanted to market and sell to at-home fitness enthusiasts.
I posted on IG about at-home exercises.
Then…
X is socializing, not content.
Email is for relationships, not selling.
Writing is for value creation, not a skill.
The best soloprenuers know it's about people, not money.
Do.
Your.
F**king.
Research.
Find out what your market wants and WHY.
It’s going to take persistence and iteration.
You have to find out what their problems are, and how YOU can solve them.
Do polls, DM them, get on calls, hell, even do Spaces.
Collect data, then execute.
If you want to win in 2024 and beyond, master:
- Blogging
- Web design
- Copywriting
- Email marketing
- Sales/persuasion
- Digital marketing
- Google/Facebook ads
Stack them all together, and you’ll never be broke again.
Building a project is so fulfilling
And it's never been easier
• Study your interests
• Outline a project
• Share it with others
I’m about to share and get feedback on my first project
Everyone who gives me feedback gets a 10% discount.
The internet is a magical place.
Those that can trade their value instead of their time makes are building themselves a mountain that can reach the clouds.
Don’t underestimate yourself.
You can never know wrong if you don’t know right.
This goes with any area of your life.
Health
Wealth
Relationships
Consistent iteration is evolution.
You just gotta get in there like a cold plunge.
Networking is easier than growing.
I made friends with
@TheLukeBartlett
But that's the way I like playing the game.
I don't need to be famous.
Small, profitable relationships are the future.
Niche problem + winning story.
Focus on what matters.
Over the past 4 weeks
I have been designing the best system to storysell with emails.
Then I made a checklist about it (worth $99).
You can get it absolutely for FREE in the next 24 hours.
Simply:
-Like
-Comment “send”
(Must be following)
RTs are appreciated
2 years ago, I was a mess:
• No social skills
• Consumed too much pron
• No sense of purpose
Now I’m very secure:
• Massive confidence
• Writing keeps me sane
• Have a clear roadmap
Cultivate healthier practices.
Do you get jacked after your first week at the gym?
No.
You go back week after week until you see results.
So why do you expect to sign a client after 1 DM?
It takes hundreds of swings in the batting cage to get good at it.
The elephant is eaten bite by bite.
Want to create compelling stories on 𝕏 that build high trust?
In less than 6 weeks, I’ll revive my dead account to get a fully engaged audience.
How?
Using tactics l’ll use in my emails that’ll scale my community to over 50+ readers.
I'm sharing everything with you in my
You can sh*tpost and show your personality in your content all day on 𝕏
But if you’re not hitting their pains or reminding them of a transformation
Who are you writing to?
0 → $5k/mo is only possible if...
You sharpen your skills daily.
That's why I:
• Practice in my own emails
• Consume for at least 1 hour
• Study 1 piece of email copy/day
If you're not converting readers into buyers as much as you'd like to...
Your skillset is to blame.
Modern schools lied to you:
- Memorization is the backbone of intelligence
- Grades are a determinant of your success in life
- Questioning authority is a big no-no
The quality of your success is determined by the quality of your thinking.
It feels good to watch someone go from struggling to successful and through challenge and triumph.
Your mind is wired for story. And if you don't experience enough conflicts, battles, and triumphs, you subconsciously know what you're setting your life up for.

𝗙𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝘁.
In November of 2022, I found myself part of a “small” but “highly successful” cohort with a self-proclaimed business coach.
This got my feet off the ground and into the ocean
My experience as a small creator:
I know less people are watching, so I feel more free to be authentic and throw what I want to out there.
Always looking to help people.
The athlepreneur’s daily routine:
• Fuel (learn)
• Train + sprint (work)
• Rest + reassess (enjoy life)
Function like an athlete by performing what you’re capable of.
I’m always reading 3 books.
• One for health
• One for wealth
• One for relationships
Current reads:
• The Miracle Morning
• Traffic Secrets
• How to Be a 3% Man
What are you reading?
𝕏 is tough I must say.
In the past, I never saw the reason to:
• Write
• Show up
• Build my people skills everyday.
The fact that I wake up every morning
Seeing a couple of warriors out here doing their best with little results.
I just can't stop.
GM to all you champs.
Growth comes from pain.
Growth comes from facing your fears.
Growth comes from overcoming challenges and finding solutions.
Life is designed to make you grow.
5 months ago, I started a newsletter with no direction.
This weekend, I built a landing page for my newsletter.
Now?
Attention-grabbing headline. Compelling description.
Subscriptions.
If you are building an audience like me, you might be doing these daily:
1. Writing
2. Consuming content
3. Learning new things
4. Networking & engaging
Few months back, these activities were out of my comfort zone. Not anymore.
Audience building forces you to level up!
𝗠𝗲𝗻, pair-bonding with a woman is 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 essential for your health.
You need the feminine in your life in order to be happy.
If you don’t have it, you are destined to be miserable.
Easiest system I use for amazing emails:
I draw from my life experiences to write a story that shows a lesson.
It feels hard at first but this:
- Helps me articulate lessons
- Subconsciously gives me more story ideas
The easiest way to start.
If you’re new to marketing, stop screwing around
Do these 5 things:
- Learn direct-response
- Master growth marketing
- Take copywriting seriously
- Learn to sell with persuasion
- Ignore everything “brand awareness”

If you’re getting stronger in the gym
and you’re not seeing the scale move a lot
You just built some muscle and lost some fat.
Get stronger.
Ditch the scale.

…using storytelling
I used to struggle with capturing attention and trust in long form
I had to use persuasion to catch any attention and gain trust with people
I created a system explaining how I made this possible
Want it?

You only need 4 things to build an email list:
1. A deep niche
2. A solvable problem
3. A plug under every post
4. A consistent writing framework
Stick to this and you'll have a crowd of raving subs in no time.
World peace is possible when humanity gets into the mentality of giving and serving one another.
Because what you do for another, you do for yourself.
Instead of asking, What can I take?
Ask instead, How can I serve?
Writing "hacks" for sexy emails:
• Use stories
• Add commentary
• Use rhetorical questions
• Use numbers whenever possible
• Use bullet points, short sentences
Hate it or love it...
You'll need to write in goldfish-attention language.
Monetizing Your Audience:
The mindset of not actually caring so much about the money in the first place because you want to try and genuinely help them win first.
One small question can dramatically alter the trajectory of your email list.
For me, this is asking the simple question: "Why should somebody read my emails?"
►Differentiation
►Personality
►Impact
Make a good impact and do great work.
