Today we lost Bears matriarch and beloved Chicagoan Virginia McCaskey. She led the franchise for 40+ years with courage, grace and faith. As a lifelong Chicagoan and avid Bears fan, I’ll remember her as a trailblazer who paved the way for female leaders in a male-dominated field.
