i gotta try fent dude i feel invincible 3 explosive reps @ 225 with no chest bounce after being fatigued with shoulder press supersets beforehand
Bench progress a few days after this 102.5kg/225lbs cranked out 5 reps after 3 sets of 90/200lbs beforehand. Strength definitely improved from last time I’m gonna move up to 110kg/249lbs next time I hit chest and see how I feel
