@itradeph The post my be misleading to some readers. The 20% rate under CREATE More is only applicable to registered business enterprises under the enhanced deduction regime. The 25%/20% rates on domestic and resident foreign, as applicable, under CREATE will still apply.

@2010November123 @Nasaninstdy I remember that when this RMC was issued, there was really a confusion on the treatment in the case of managerial employees since it only mentioned employees in general. But there was no subsequent clarification made as far as i remember.

@2010November123 @Nasaninstdy In actual scenario, 90k ceiling is already exhausted for 13th month pay. If managerial employee, the excess is subjected to FBT.
