I found an old notebook from a UX course I did back in the days. One of the notes says to never trust what people say, but observe what they actually do. I think in this new era of online interviews we forgot this.

@Daviowhite I make sure the file is designed properly. I use figma's sections and the annotations they introduced recently to organize and explain flows, behaviours, states, etc.

@DerekSieber Both are beautiful. Both are not very readable. The first one reads like "infnlux", the second like "inuflux."

@michalmalewicz They mostly share output, not outcome. All I see on X is beautiful visuals, no process, discovery, problem, impact. But yes, at least they don't discuss tools, you're right on that part.

@_heyrico Congrats for the work. Really well executed. However, when I design work tools I always try to be super minimalist and conservative on the visuals. People stare at these things all day long, so clutter becomes annoying noise, even if it's beautiful.
