@QuestDX why do you give priority to standbys who arrive after someone with an appointment if that person arrives earlier than their appointment? Evidently, you are better off not making an appointment if you want to be taken early. Doesn’t make sense.

@ElgatoSupport Nothing happens when SD issues the F5. Yes, the keyboard is paired with the MBP. The F5 from the MBP seems to be different than the one coming from the BT keyboard or SD.
