Hello @TeamYouTube, I woke up to the devastating news that my YouTube channel (ZoidCS) was instantaneously terminated overnight due to the 'Sale of Regulated Goods' policy. No strike(s), just termination. I strongly believe this termination was made in error or from abuse, as my content has never linked any gambling websites or transaction links, and I have been very careful in following this policy's guidelines throughout the channel's lifetime. Additionally, the two websites that I post videos on are both Google Ad certified, which are exempt from this policy as per the guidelines. As the screenshot below shows, my appeal was already denied, and I have little to no hope of the channel being restored due to the experiences of other YouTuber's in the scene recently. This tweet is essentially my final attempt at receiving a positive resolution. Many YouTubers, especially in this niche, have experienced waves of report abuse/copyright strike abuse recently and over the years. An instant termination is something I have not heard of, and I'm very saddened by this. There are hundreds of channels, both big and small, that create the same content I do for years, and all should be able to do so comfortably without the fear of something like this. If any actual human at YouTube can please review this objectively, in reference to the policy and the fact that these websites are certified by Google Ads and that I have never linked them anyways, maybe there is a chance this can be overturned. Too many creators are being met with strikes and terminations with little to no explanation, unclear guidelines, disproportionate treatment, as well as extortion. Likes and Retweets are appreciated.
