Exactly,, regardless of whether one is an uc bihari or a lc bihari, we all share a common regional identity. It's unfair to tarnish this shared identity because of one individual's actions, as it disrespects the entire community. They can't expect us to stay quiet.
People asking some uc biharis to stay mum when they seethe against bihari identity is very similar to a white dude telling a NRI that you are good servile pajeet, i only hate the other pajeets lol.
