Father, we confess the harmful desires of our heart that refuses your steadfast love. Help your people to pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness. (1 Timothy 6:11).

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.” Psalm 40:4 Pray that the body of believers will work not to please men, but to please God.

“You are my help and my deliverer; LORD, do not delay.” Psalm 70:5 Pray for the returning hostages and their families, that they would be able to heal from this trauma. Continue to pray for the remaining hostages to be released.

“For as many as are the promises of God, in Christ they are [all answered] ‘Yes.’ So through Him we say our ‘Amen’ to the glory of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 Pray that believers will lay hold of God’s promises written in his Word and intercede until God brings them to pass.

“As God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” Colossians 3:12

Father, we give thanks and pray for your called out ones who are commissioned to faithfully bring the message of salvation to the ends of the earth. Amen

Father, life is your gift to us. We pray that your people will seek the well-being of all the living. May we work to protect from harm the unborn, the weak, the poor, the widow, the orphan, and the vulnerable. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank the Lord that He has promised to extend mercy to those who confess and forsake their sin and that He is faithful and just to forgive sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (Proverbs 28:13; 1 John 1:9)

“Give your love of justice to the king, O God.” Psalm 72:1 Pray for those in authority to judge with righteousness and fairness so that those under their leadership will flourish and experience well-being in their lives, homes, and businesses.

Pray for God’s people to be instruments of reconciliation and peace. We ask that forgiveness and healing can wash over strained relationships and cultural conflicts.

Pray that the seed of the Word continues to be planted into the Senate and House of Representatives faithfully by our ministry team and other committed believers.

Today, we give thanks for the Holy Spirit who helps us in our weakness. When we do not know what we ought to pray for, the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. (Romans 8:26)

Father, forgive your Church who has lost its compassion for the lost soul. Deepen our understanding of the indescribable gift of Jesus and the gospel of the kingdom.

“Those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit” (Romans 8:5). Pray that pastors will preach and speak with faith that comes from a relationship with the Spirit of Christ.

Pray that your church family will, “Use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10

Pray that the blessings of God will be upon the Jews who have been scattered among the nations, and that they will be led back to God, the Holy One of Israel.

“Strengthen what remains” (Revelation 3:2). Pray with persecuted Christians for the strength and perseverance to shine for Jesus and share the Gospel in the most dangerous places.

Pray for the fathers and husbands in Christian households to be godly, spiritual leaders at all times.
