@NeilNRockville @shaverk Agree that luggage would be a factor, and the more you have the bigger a factor. Start point definitely matters too. I rode back to Hyattsville Crossing and it was 2 hours - a lot if you’d just got off a plane or were heading to a flight.

The Transportation Department said it has secured $600 million in delayed airline refunds that passengers were owed by Frontier and five international carriers. It fined them $7.25 million to help make the point, too.
