i left way too early for therapy and now i have to walk super slowly to not be way too early 😭

i was really hungry so i ate a cereal bar and im just fine now? like im satisfied? no urge to eat more i feel like im dreaming

i only lost 1.7kg this month but last january i gained 3+ so a win is a win

im afraid my friend will see me and think like omg ew she got so fat 😭😭

@lassquelette it also depends on your height and age. my mom wanted to donate but she wasn't allowed to while being around 52kg (the doctor told her she'd have to be at least 57)
