With this win tonight by the boys basketball team, it marks two accomplishments that have never happened before at IC. This is the first gold ball for boys basketball and also the best start of any team in Indian Creek history (24-0). The ‘16 girls started 23-0.

Hey Indian Creek basketball fans!!! Four years ago today the girls basketball team won the Super-Sectional to earn their right to go to the state finals. You can see a lot of these girls again tonight playing in the alumni games starting at 5:00pm at the high school.

The IC boys were invited to ICES today to get some gift bags and well wishes from one of the fourth grade classes. The class sang the school song and each had a comment about what they appreciate about the team. It was a great experience, and there were also lunch crashers!!!

One thing I beg all spectators at all games everywhere: Don’t yell at a ref, it’s does nothing for you or your team, ever. IC lost tonight by 1 in OT after a technical foul in the first quarter on the crowd that resulted in 1 point. Not worth it.

What an amazing couple of days for Logan Bend. Friday he stopped a key penalty kick against GK to preserve the tie, and then Saturday he helped the soccer team beat Serena. After that, hopped into a interview and won the state title in Grain Production.
