Dr. Ganeshkumar Parasuraman, Scientist E, ICMR - National Institute of Epidemiology, Chennai, spoke on the topic-'India Hypertension Control Initiative (IHCI)'. 👉The IHCI is a 5-year initiative involving the @MoHFW_INDIA, @ICMRDELHI, State Governments, and @WHO India. 👉The IHCI digital information system, also known as the "Simple App," is a digital platform used within India to track and manage patient data related to hypertension treatment, including registration, medication adherence, blood pressure readings, and follow-up visits, allowing healthcare providers to effectively monitor and manage hypertension cases across various healthcare facilities in India. #GoodGovernance #ViksitBharat #DigitalIndia #NationalConference #Gujarat
