@herbertong The 🗝️ metric. Back of the napkin math shows high mileage CyberCab is likely 1/4 the cogs/mile of a gas car and even 1/2 of a current model 3/y.

@1Burlington @FrankTruslow @Timcast Actually read all Trump's posts from truth social. It's super clear it's never been about the border and anyone who says it is either naive or lying.

Imports and exports as a % of GDP is Canada 20 & 22% US both less than 1.5% anyone who thinks we can affect the US with tariffs isn't thinking with a brain and maybe doesn't even have a brain. It's unfortunate that the Canadian oligarchy isn't being truthful and is instead choosing to steer the ship right into the rocks ultimately for selfish reasons. They say "we're all in this together" but look up the metrics that matter to the avg person and the truth is clear. 😢

Exports from Canada to the US are 22% of Canada's GDP and less than 1.5% of the US GDP. imports from the US to Canada are 20% of the Canadian GDP and also less than 1.5% of the US GDP. Who do you think will lose this fight? Also it's an upgrade for the avg Canadian in almost every metric to join the US. Avg median income, cost of living (spending power), GDP, Cap x per capita is almost double. The ones that don't benefit are the ones in Parliament, Government unions and quota owners/boards. So the avg Canadian will never be told the facts. Unfortunately our system is setup to protect the oligarchy and not breed real leaders who are willing to sacrifice themselves for the betterment of the avg person. Canada unfortunately has no statesman. It's very sad.

I don't think he was. Andre Karpathy has said they have proven that AI models can be shrunk much smaller than they ever thought with more training time. I think he referenced Meta doing research on this. Might it actually be cheaper to update hw3 computers considering people, like myself, who just subscribe to the FSD would pay a couple g to update the computer for unsupervised FSD which could pay for the out of pocket expense to upgrade the few who purchased FSD? They could possibly actually make a profit on selling the upgrade, vs pure expensive to run the training?

@6463dc @SawyerMerritt They would be incentivized to sell the hardware upgrade to those willing to pay for it. It could quite likely pay for the ones they have to do for free.

@Teslaconomics Soon it's going to only be bots that get to experience it. Hopefully they treat us well.

@simplehuman2024 @farzyness I went from a Pixel 7 to an iPhone 16 pro (for 3 weeks) to a Pixel 9. Pixel 9 and iPhone 16 don't seem to have a noticeable difference in battery life.

I've had Google phones since the Nexus 4. Had an iPhone 4 before that. Tried an iPhone 16 pro for 3 weeks over Christmas. Couldn't do it. Google has more functionality and is better positioned in the AI race. The only thing Apple has going for them is better app development and maybe shortcuts if you use them.

@ChargePozitive @chattybird0306 Few will care when hailing a CyberCab is cheaper than driving your own car, or when Optimus is doing your laundry.

@SalmanSima I don't even want him teaching kids in any way shape or form. I vote for a service job, like McDonald's or Tim Hortons.

@Teslaconomics If you're going to switch to the new y from the x at least wait until the y has ai5, which will hopefully be later this year or early 2026.
