@lufthansa @MUC_Airport @lufthansa the chatbot can’t refund our cancelled flight because we checked in before it was cancelled. and there is no way to undo this. What is the alternative for a refund?

@lufthansa @lufthansa how do we refund the tickets to Munich? The chatbot is broken and the phone support does not answer. We have rebooked on a different airline to Nuremberg since the Lufthansa site did not allow any alternatives.
