Nobody seems to realize how difficult it would be to change out the nominee right now. We are talking 50 states here.
It is worth pointing out that even if Democrats follow the strictures of the law state-by-state, you would almost assuredly see lawsuits flying fast and often in any number of states, if they attempt to make a change.

Doesn’t look like it’s gonna work. Judge also said that the defense didn’t do a good job because even the court objected at one point when the defense didn’t. They hardly objected at all and they will have to agree to disagree.
