:: hot take. erc721 is no longer needed. you can mint the supply of an erc1155 as a 1/1 token thereby making it non-fungible. erc1155 uses less gas + handles bulk transfers more gracefully + allows mixing editions with non-fungible 1/1s in the same series. where's the L?.

Regarding IPFS we will continue to cover pinning costs for the next 2 years. Again, any extension or change to this will be communicated. We have seen lots of conversations around the permanence of NFTS and we advise creators & collectors to research and understand what this.
