The way it’s always, “every accusation is an admission”.
New York Judge Paul Engelmayer just forbade all political appointees — including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent — from accessing Dept. of Treasury data, all based on Blueanon conspiracy theories!! Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was EX PARTE — meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned, and couldn't weigh in. Only Democrat Attorneys General were allowed to argue. The judge cites no law or logic to support this unprecedented order, because it defies both. The judge’s ruling is, in essence, that Scott Bessent simply occupies a ceremonial position without real power, like the King of England. This is a grenade thrown into the functioning of the Treasury Department. It forbids the elected government from accessing information about budget and finances. Instead, only the permanent, deep-state government can know what's being spent. It means Scott Bessent's subordinates have far more power than Scott Bessent does. Democrat pundits who whine about the Constitution are liars, and will shred it the first chance they get. For now, the order is only for the next week, but if a court tries to make it permanent the Trump Administration should absolutely consider defying it. Better yet, SCOTUS should bar this judge from ever hearing similar cases again, and every Democrat lawyer involved should be sanctioned.

Because the President doesn’t control the Treasury Department. The Secretary of Treasury from the president’s cabinet does that. And the Treasury falls under Congressional jurisdiction and is protected by checks and balances. Just say you want to destroy America.
How can a judge legally block the President of the United States and his advisors from access to the Treasury Department?!

Harlow was part of a group that conspired to incite violence by setting up a fake abortion appointment, then locking doors or putting chains around doors causing one patient to flee from a window. And her name is Paulette. This DOGE group should not be making changes to anything.
DOGE: 81yo Judge Kollar-Kotelly is the same judge that sentenced 75yo pro-life protester Paula Harlow to two years in prison. Now she's blocking Trump's administration from making changes to the Treasury Department's payment system. DOGE is blocked completely and Treasury officials have 'read-only' rights. This means that, if Trump's team follows the rules, no one can pause, delete, or add a payment. This is no way to run a government. Also, the DOJ lawyer handling the case for the Trump administration is the same one that was involved in the case that provided a $2M settlement to Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. The swamp is deep - keep draining Mr. President.

Take your private schools and fuck off into the sun. These arguments and points are inaccurate representations given in bad faith from people who lobby their conservative politicians to interfere in how schools are funded and then complain that the schools aren’t up to par.

He should be removed for not fulfilling the role of a diplomat.
I will NOT attend the G20 summit in Johannesburg. South Africa is doing very bad things. Expropriating private property. Using G20 to promote “solidarity, equality, & sustainability.” In other words: DEI and climate change. My job is to advance America’s national interests, not waste taxpayer money or coddle anti-Americanism.

@hey_fly_guy @SecDuffy Yeah. That’s how you keep them from getting back externally. None of this insane SaaS business model society we’ve morphed into.

All of this media appearing from outside of the USA makes me really wonder if @CharlesSoule’s “Undiscovered Country” is a documentary.

As a Senator, he has access to a lot of information and reports that we cannot see. The irresponsibility of these people to make these emotional/overcorrective posts without providing any facts, details or explicit descriptions of what took place is straight-up astounding.
I have not yet heard a good reason why military helicopters are doing training exercises in the same airspace as commercial airliners - at night and with peak congestion. I hope these exercises in Reagan airspace will be suspended indefinitely until the investigation is complete

The president owes all American citizens. He’s an elected civil servant. It’s his fucking job. Trump, Obama, Bush, Taft, McKinley, Lincoln, Washington. Doesn’t matter who is in that role. This type of thinking is the problem. Like a president “owes” a select group anything.
@Hyperbaly Did you even vote for Trump? If you didn't support the man, why do you expect him to care about you? I never voted for Trump, but I DID vote for Obama. He owed me and never delivered. Fuck that.
