Don’t fuck up your credit by using up credit cards and start a savings account. Look into buying duplex/triplex for housing or stay at home with parents as long as you can.

- Registering your business

Not even close. This house is near Lehigh avenue. House is not for rent, sold for 120k. Mortgage for the homeowner will be less than $700. Keeping homes affordable without breaking the bank. Also keeping low-middle class income brackets in the neighborhood.
