Continuity was maintained with the hiring of Schottenheimer, but change is clearly visible too. A common trend with this newly formed #Cowboys staff is a mesh of guys who have been there/done that & younger coaches. I’m excited to see how the offseason shakes out… crossing my fingers there’s a level of growth in free agency.

Adding Dorsey in some sort of role is what I wanted for the #Cowboys As long as it wasn’t OC.
The #Cowboys are working to hire former #Bills and #Browns offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, sources tell me and @RapSheet. Not done yet and the role is being finalized but Dorsey is expected to join Brian Schottenheimer’s coaching staff soon.

I wouldn’t either for that, but bringing back these veteran type guys is important. There’s a lot of holes on this roster, but drafting BPA is necessary. When you force a need-based pick in the draft most of the time you end up reaching. It’s the main reason why I want FA to be utilized more this offseason.

@Blasian254 Is it make or break if he’s gone? Probably not, no. However, bringing him back would be a positive move for Dallas after he missed most of the season.
