@aashatwt Start doing things that are purposely difficult. High effort derived dopamine > low effort dopamine. Reeboot your focus by starting small. Maybe forcing yourself to watch a 3-5min video on regular speed on X, do that a few times, push to the next thing, read a page or two, etc
