Turkey brokered peace btw Ethiopia and Somalia is welcomed by the EU. Not often you see synergy on geopolitical matters btw Ankara and Brussels. I take it as a good sign that the two might be inclined to see the half full part of the glass in their tumultuous relationship.

Busy days ahead. Time to set the relationship back on track. Ankara and Washington may not see eye to eye on everything, but they share interests in many critical areas. Both need to recognize this and act accordingly. Good luck @TomBarrackJr

@asliaydintasbas Good point. Time to wake up and engage Ankara. It would also be a way to test Ankara’s stated desire to work closer with its Western Allie’s and European partners. The idea of building security without and despite Turkey doesn’t help Euro-Atlantic stability.
