Health visitors have gone “above & beyond” supporting families during C-19. But, the fact that the service has been significantly depleted in recent years cannot be ignored- it urgently needs investment & strengthening to meet rising levels of need now & in the foreseeable future.
@iHealthVisiting The sad thing is, there is such negative press that there is no support. the message that we are here to help is not getting out there. We just aren’t shouting loud enough!.We as HVs know we do a good job, but we are dwindling in numbers and no one sings our praises.
