Alright y’all, here’s why I’ve been quiet lately: I'm Building 🏗️ A new file extension, just for NFTs, 💾 Dot NFT or .nft 💾 Think of being able to edit your NFT or linked image before you even mint, then when it's time to go, it's one click and a signature away. No more filling out all of that shit on platforms, over and over, trying to keep it all together. You're working on a new piece, with the intention to mint it, let's call it new_drop.psd... SO, what if that new_drop.psd was bundled into my proposed file extension, making it new_drop.nft. You make your edits and save it. now new_drop.nft has updated the still image or animation (format - webp). and saved your latest edits to your PSD. There's way more technical stuff below, but i'll give one more example. Imagine being able to mint an AI LLM or other tool! With DotNFT we would simply reference the SHA-256 hash and embed it directly to the .nft file. That's right, your own private AI as an NFT. When I say the possiblities are endless I mean it. I have a proof of concept—still beta, but it works. It’ll be open source once the foundation is solid. Comment for a proof of concept or the draft white-paper, and I’ll DM you the link. NOW—Let’s Get Technical. 👇 The .nft filetype wraps all the important stuff about an NFT—metadata and content—into one neat package. It’s like a digital certificate of authenticity but better. Key Components: 1. Metadata: • Name • Description • Creator 2. Associated Data: • Image, SHA-256 hash to LLM, or other digital creation. Why .nft is a Big Deal: • Unified Storage: All content and metadata in one file. • Security: Preserves authenticity. • Portability: Share NFTs across platforms easily. Creating .nft from Existing NFTs: • Fetch Existing NFT Metadata → Metadata Retrieved • Fetch Associated Data → Data Retrieved • Process Metadata and Data → Metadata and Data Processed • Create .nft File → .nft File Created • Save .nft File Locally → .nft File Saved Using .nft as a File Type Before Minting: • Create Digital Asset → Digital Asset Created • Collect Metadata and Data → Metadata and Data Collected • Process Metadata and Data → Metadata and Data Processed • Create .nft File → .nft File Created • Save .nft File Locally → .nft File Saved • Mint NFT from .nft File → NFT Minted This isn’t just storage; it’s a gateway to a vibrant digital future. Art, collectibles, and unique assets can be securely owned, managed, and traded globally. Imagine linking cutting-edge tech to your NFT. The future is now. For the full white-paper (draft changes daily), comment, and I’ll DM you. 🚀✨ ⛓️💥 DΞCΞNTRALIZΞ ⟠ ₿Ξ FRΞΞ ⛓️💥

@xbrucethegoose This. I used to be genuinely excited to get on cryptoart twitter. Now I avoid twitter intentionally.
