I remember all the $AMC apes who got all riled up when I suggested "If you like it so much, buy the debt; maybe you'll get equity in the end".. Ironically, apes are indirectly buying AMC debt as AA shoves shares down their throats and uses proceeds to buyback 2nd liens.

In honor of $NOPE liquidating.. Lets go thru today's trades. Cut VRT long (120k to 70k). Eliminated BIL long (75k to 0). Added to short positions in NVDA (-100 to -5100), TSLA (-100 to -9100), QQQ (-100 to -10100). Ahead of a potentially market moving CPI. I'll miss this ETF.

A lot of muni CEFs have wide discounts (17-20%).. and then you realize they continue to run levered negative NIM. Incinerating value. lower yield than unlevered with all the fantastic downside of levered long duration. The sponsors/managers should be ashamed.

Okay... so $NOPE has added 60k XLY long. gone is the XRT short (reduced to 100). gone is the tesla short.. Fun fact.. XLY has a higher weighting to tesla than ARKK does.. I did not have this ETF being indirectly net long tesla on my 2023 bingo card. KRE is new big short.
