goal right now pertaining to recruiting for the 2025 class should be VISIBILITY. Get your film seen by as many college programs as possible.
With less than a month before kickoff, you should be building as much interests as you can RIGHT NOW.
EVERY athlete should understand the foods they are eating at a base level.
Gaining or losing weight & building muscle doesn’t “just happen”, there’s a formula to it.
Start by researching “macronutrients” & log your food daily to understand what you’re putting in your body.

4. A large portion of recruiting is built on trust. There are several things that you should be doing, but here's a couple of things NOT to do.
* Don't share a coaches number with the public.
* Don't add a coach into a group text with people he doesn't know.
* Don't tell random
2. 2025 available spots are shrinking rapidly. If you have options you really need to be narrowing in on where you want to be, and you need to be in communication with that position coach/coordinator/head coach about the timeline for making that a reality.
When emailing coaches, Keep it short. include key stats, and link your highlight reel. Personalize each message. They can sense copy and paste messages from a mile away!
When you're speaking with a college coach who is interested in you, don't let them be the only one who's asking the questions.
Remember, you want to make sure that their program is a good fit for you as well.
