@MorlockP I thought I had an issue drinking 40-50 drinks per week (1-2 weeknight and then drinking heavily Friday/Saturday) until I met real alcoholics. What helped me stop was realizing I could stop and see no bad affects. Which empowered me to slow down quite a bit.
