Glad you've been enjoying the platform! This isn't a bug — the issue in your tracker and the action item (to-do) in your planner are connected but not the same. What you're looking at here is your own action item, where you can write notes that are visible only to you. The issue in your tracker is for your team to view, so it will have its own description. This is designed to keep your own personal notes private and separate from the team tools. Hope this helps! -Abigail
