Those pictures of Phil in the stands whilst Deano is in the tunnel congratulating the players come in - wow. Phil must feel absolutely sick to have lost the club when he did. His plan came good. I feel for him tonight a bit.

3 players from the starting 11 at Wembley remain. We’ve witnessed a complete devastation of the playing squads quality, in just 2 transfer windows.
Sleepwalking.

I tell you who I miss at Town. Laurent Depoitre. Always put a shift in, had the occasional goal in him, but always made himself available and gave defenders something to think about. Will always remember his goals against United and Chelsea as epic moments.
#htafc
I’m seeing a lot of nerves on the Town timelines. Relax! We’ve blasted expectations away this season. Do we even want the Premier League facade? Enjoy the hustle but don’t stress 🔵⚪️
#htafc
Just so sad to see how far the team has fallen in 3 months. I don’t believe the squad is this poor. And I really feel the coaching team isn’t right.
#htafc
I’m struggling to believe £10m for both players. That’s a poor deal in terms of guaranteed fees. Toffolo I sort of get a lowish fee for, due to contract situation, but OBrien I’d be expecting £12m. It should be £15m for the two.
#htafc
Seriously, if Corberan thinks Hef is good enough for a coaching job at WBA, why the hell have Town not already signed him up? I’m so sick of the club this season.
#htafc
Hearing Leicester have pulled out the Nicholls deal, after he took 14 hours to get from the car to the medical centre lobby. Old habits die hard and that.
Really enjoyed watching Corberan and his assistants have that debate on the touch line. No idea what was said, just looked really collaborative 💭

🚨👋 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 | Erik Durm has announced his retirement from professional football at the age of 31! 🇩🇪
🏆 World Cup, DFB Cup, UEL & 300+ pro appearances.
"Unfortunately, since last summer, I have repeatedly struggled with minor injuries & health problems."
@KevinNagleMLS
Thanks for the update Kevin, keep ‘em coming. A word of advice from English fan culture - we don’t like being called customers. We’re fans, we’re the soul of the club, and we part with our money to support the team. But customer is a transactional term that doesn’t respect the
Really irritated me this Corberan move! Just stinks of bad faith. Maybe I’m wrong, but why would Town allow him to go if they suspected he was going to another club? His legacy is tarnished for me. Wagner would never!
#htafc
That injury time period and penalty decision are the closest thing to match fixing you’ll ever see. The club should seek a response from the EFL urgently. A genuine disgrace.
#htafc
Town are receiving Premier League parachute payments this season, and yet have signed majority League 1 players. Our star signing played for us 9 years ago. When you've been trashed 1-5 at home, that stinks like 💩💩💩

@centredevils
I mean, Mike Ashley was a pretty good negotiator. I assume they mean they will behead Ashworth ala Saudi style if their demands are not met
Lössl
Chalobah
Schindler
Smith Rowe
Grant
Mounie
We have not come close to replacing these players from the 2019/20 Championship campaign, where we stayed up by the skin of our teeth.
This season is going to be hard.
#htafc
Pleased for Corberan getting a big job on the one hand. On the other, I’m quietly fuming. Feels like Town have been robbed of suitable compensation here!
#htafc
If a championship game is being postponed for a frozen pitch, then the home club should be getting a whopping fine. Absolute disgrace at this level of professional football.
Dean Hoyle has made mistakes since his return, but he got the last big one right, in Neil Warnock. And with that, he secured his legacy, having left the club higher up the pyramid and in a better state than he found it. Cheers Dean 🍻
#htafc
If Town are being sensible, they've given Leeds a deadline to make an acceptable offer for O'Brien. That way we can replace suitably if they meet the fee. A deadline day transfer just kills us.
#HTAFC
Immense window from Town. The signing that I'm most pleased with is actually Jamal Blackman, as it was a position where the backup we had was a serious drop on the level needed in the Championship.

@gkslvk206
He failed the eye test massively last night. Like Bambi on ice with the ball at his feet. Slowed down every attack with hesitancy. Nothing like the player he was.

That result is so frustrating. 2 points lost in what will be a super tight playoff fight. Nothing worse when it comes from referee not paying attention to what's happening. Can't fault the players today we keep going 👏
#htafc
@secondtierpod
Just a really odd tweet. Blue and white stripes, yet it doesn’t look that similar to last season when you take in the details? Biggest sign of an agenda yet 😂
Reading twitter tonight, I don’t remember seeing even level headed Town fans being so clear on their anger at a manager. Board needs to listen/act tomorrow.
#htafc
Unquestionable that if Town had Warnock all season, we would have been comfortable in mid table. It’s a pretty damning indication of both Schofield and Fotheringham, who look miles off being Championship managers.
@KevinNagleMLS
With great respect Kevin, the Town fans are fairly United in their belief that this squad is the weakest in possibly 10 years. It needs a quality finisher adding in at the very least.
@Muppetiers
Looks to me like he’s confusing the hell out of Hojlund as to where he should position himself, because Scotty too Hotty is roasting into the box every 2 mins
I know Town came to blows with Forest l last season (on twitter at least) but I’m happy for Toffolo and OBrien getting moves to the Prem. They have been top pros at Town and gave everything the fans could ask for. They’ve got life changing contracts and good luck to them!
#htafc
If you’re a Wigan, Blackpool or Cardiff fan today, you’re worried. Warnock wouldn’t have come back from retirement if he didn’t believe Town could stay up.
