#golang Hey folks, What did you do last week? I worked on a cron job service to push accumulative results in a TSDB. I was working with InfluxDB (github[.]com/influxdata/influxdb-client-go). Then, I added two APIs to read those data points for FE to use. I referred to the existing code and chatGPT to complete the tasks.

the art of not saying "No". as an engineer, when someone asks you to work on a project using a different language or a different technology, will you say no? considering if you can say no. for me personally, most of the time, i would say yes. i always see it as an learning something new opportunity, and not sure when it might be helpful in the future. i do the same thing with learning as well. when i was doing frontend, i was always reading everything related to engineering and not only things related to frontend. and when i get an opportunity to work as a full-stack engineer, i took that and now, i working as one. not sure what gonna happen later, but let's see.
