Y’all I am so happy! I stepped out of my comfort zone. Went alone to a pub for a drink tonight. The pub turned into a dance/karaoke bar. I met people. I danced. I chair sang. I laughed. I had strangers tell me “you are fun”. I felt like me for the 1st time in years.
