I was totally owned by @dcsandbrook !!!! 😍Thatcher increased funding. I was just reacting because I knew people in the arts in the UK in the 80s. It was hard.
Which would had never been produced under her because she hated the arts and cut them dramatically & they never recovered properly.

@dcsandbrook Gosh, didn't mean to offend you of all people!!! I love you. But, I am aware she was not the philistine that people think she was. I know people who worked in the performing arts in the 80s in the UK, they had a very, very rough time.

Well, by reading the comments I would surmise no one knows what freedom means. This site 🤮 gross as it is, not leaving cuz I ain't letting the bastards win. Joe Strummer taught me that.
I'm genuinely curious about people like this, what freedom have you lost? Today, right now, what is it you want to do that you're not able to? I'd love to hear back from @ztisdale or others that feel this way.
