Hyvä esimerkki siitä, kuinka vaikeaa on ymmärtää - tai edes kuunnella - kaukana omasta arjesta elävää ihmisryhmää: lähettien tyytyväisyys Woltiin on 4,5/5, Suomessa on jonossa 20000 lähetiksi haluavaa ja ylivoimaisesti suurin osa läheteistä ei halua työsuhteeseen.
Minua hävettää kun näen Woltin ruokalähettien polkevan nälkäpalkalla ilman työsuhteeseen kuuluvaa perusturvaa. Vaikka läheteille ei ehkä olisi muuta työtä tarjolla, on eettisesti mahdotonta käyttää palvelua ellei

Figma is a great example of startup dynamics: many of the best companies look small and insignificant for years, but often the insiders can see the potential (e.g. early virality and solid unit economics) way before it shows in the numbers.
