If you miss a Council Tax Payment you get a fine & Court summons BUT if you abuse the Ambulance Service (which costs lives & the NHS Millions!) you get no kind of Punishment! Am I the only person who thinks fines should be put in place?! (With exception for Mental Health Cases).
