The worst part of it all is that I want nothing more than to hate him for how much of a pest he was for the entire series, yet he had nothing but gracious things to say to the media about the Knicks and how they played. Impossible to hate on that. Same with Maxey in Round 1.
I cannot imagine what it must have felt like for the Knicks starters, all on their last legs, to play the first six or so minutes of each half at breakneck Indiana pace, then look over to the scorer’s table and see that this psychopath was about to check in. He was electric.
