Not every duelist player needs to know how to play both Jett and Raze. Being coach requires knowing your players. You can always change comps, change map pool, change the plan. Demon1 with Brim.MiniBoo with Neon.Tenz with Omen. If you cannot see that, you're a shit coach.

I've always said this. I'm the best Valorant coach in Europe. Most Tier 1 coaches are just there cause of their name or cause blind recognition from other previous esports.

If you don't care at all about tier 2 the least you could do is free the market so 3rd party companies could invest in the scene and make their own leagues and tourneys for the teams. But I guess you are just selfish af. Btw, your premier system is soo shit.

@knyVAL Tenz is a re-rol yep. Miniboo's Raze is mid af, said by Lucas Rojo (his prev Coach when he was playing for Case) .And Neil knows it, thats why he adapted the plan and made him play Neon on Sunset/Lotus. Demon's Raze is not even close to his Jett level, so more or less the same.

For some context and as we alr know, Premier is shit: .There's no Tech Pauses, No Coaches slot. you cannot Reschedule the games. If you cannot play Premier cause you're parcitipating on another Riot circuit that day, unlucky. Unless you are a Game Changer team xd. 2/.

Why Game Changer teams can have better flexibility in Premier than the rest of the teams, getting even free wins when they have another GC game the same day?. I have nothing agaisnt Heroic team but they literally can qualify to playoff leaving teams out by getting byes. 6/.

In Officials you need to focus on Winning the game, Exploiting enemy team mistakes and Repeat things that are working well. In Praccs you need to focus on Improving, individually and as a team, Try different strats and Repeat things that are NOT working, change and fix them.

Little Tip for Coaches and IGLs. This can be applied in Valorant too, especially in Half Game Side Changes and OT TimeOuts.
Each of the 5 penalty shootouts in the 2022 World Cup was won by teams whose managers spent the shortest time communicating their tactical/logistical instructions after extra time. To be brief under pressure could indicate that important decisions were made in advance. 3/8

I was a Football Coach before. In regular sports you never train by just trying to win games against another teams and that's it. That's dumb af, a completely waste of time. Your training sessions need to be based on different situations where your players and team can improve.

Today my players had a Valorant Lan Tourney in London. A Razer hub tourney partnered and registered by Riot the same and only day we have to play premier. No flexibility, with no option to delay or reschedule the game, even if @Yariesport agreed on that. 3/

As a coach im not gonna forbit my players to not go to a Lan and not getting that experience, competing together and improving as players just because Premier system is stiff, not compatible with other Riot tourneys and still incomplete. Guess we'll take that loss. 7/.
