I am thrilled with this news! I work in RE and am curious to see the impacts of the CFPB going away.
BREAKING: WH has sent email ordering all CFPB examiners, lawyers & staff to stop enforcing "disparate impact" rules, conducting probes or defending the rules in court, which means auto &home lenders will no longer be forced to give loans or lower rates to uncreditworthy borrowers
