I think it is two reasons. One is that almost every case, if not all, was based on standing, not the substance of the argument. Second, given the political climate (remember this was a few months after cities were set afire), no judge would likely risk personal safety on this.

Thank you for the show. Something my 16 year old son and I can enjoy together. Laughed out loud at the "you're there real bully" line, the first time I recall literally lol at a show in years. Only downside, 364 days left and can't imagine any tv better. It's the best around.

I was raised a liberal Democrat. While at college, saw Ben Cohen speak, and separately Noam Chomsky. Both opened my eyes of how I didn't share these people's views. I became gradually more conservative, and now that Ben & Jerry's has gone full antisemitic, feel sadly vindicated.
