Luminous India is such a pathetic company that they not only mistreat n abuse their customers but outrightly refuse to register a conplaint. Imagine the after sales service n support of LUMINOUS INDIA. PATHETIC to say the least.

MANIPALCIGNA HEALTH is a real mess and they are pathetic in providing any kind of service.Their are trust issues as far as insurance premium & claims are concerned. Its our hard earn money which shud be used very carefully 2 avoid any future regrets & shocks. BE AWARE n BE SAFE.

@myluminous when u call Luminous India 4 a simple enquiry abt their products as I did,the custmr support & the supervisor treats u lyk hell,infact if u escalate the issue 2 the senior managmnt as I did,their Marketing Mgr Umang Mishra with his Mgr Mr. Nikhil Mangla are evn worse.

This is not only shameful and critical on part of TATAPLAY FIBER bt this copy paste response is nothing more than makin a fool of customers.They are responding with the same reply since last 6 months now bt nt refunding my money.They are sitting on my money as if its their money.

TATAPLAY FIBER is into a huge SCAM.They sell you FIBER PLANS at a higher cost,give u free router 4 their own interest & once you pay them,you become non existent & invisible 4 them.They dont listen 2 you,they dont evn consider you a human being.Myslf bng their victim & suffering.

This is a wrong and misleading response from ManipalCigna Health and this is how they treat their existing customers. Nobody clarified and answered my questions since last 4 months but they respond with such wrong & misleading replies as part of their malpractices. BE AWARE.
