@rwomchechen And Charles , @PaulKagame is not a refuge . He was a refugee in Uganda and returned home . He is now the President of his country Rwanda . The M23 are Congolese and want to be recognized as such. They are not refugees . Nobody is a refugee is his own country .

Like him or hate him, President @PaulKagame has been very eloquent and loud about the strategic importance of the stability of Eastern DRC for the security of Rwanda and her people . What is President Tshekedi’s case ? Does anyone have it ? Please share it . What is his case against the M23 or the Banyarwanda speaking people of DR Congo?

I have never been to the moon. I don’t see what this picture proves . I’m not even saying they didn’t have guns . I’m asking for evidence that that they were fighting M23. What I have seen is that they run into the UN base and that UN handed them to Rwanda for safe passage back home .

@TimKalyegira Tim, there was a practice by some people in mostly ankole called “okukiriza “……you spot a good girl ( sometimes under age ) and arrange with your “boys” , waylay her, and carry her off to become a wife . It is marriage without consent. Oba onfuna???
